Antique Piano Museum in Ala: discover the prestigious collection of period piece pianos of Mozart, Schubert, Beethoven and Chopin in the elegant halls of Palazzo de Pizzini.

Ala, City of Velvet. Here the Antique Piano Museum was born, with incredible period piece instruments of Mozart, Schubert, Beethoven and Chopin, which are part of the private collection of Temenuschka Vesselinova.

The pianist exhibits their examples of antique pianos in the first floor halls of Palazzo de’ Pizzini, an elegant stopover of noblemen, princes and kings, from Maria Theresa of Austria to Napoleon Bonaparte and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.

Don’t miss the guided tours of the museum with live concerts on historic instruments the first Sunday of the month, from June to October. It is a unique opportunity to re-live antique sounds in magic atmospheres of yesteryear. The visits, upon reservation, are organized by the City of Ala.

  • € 20,00 per person for guided visit of one-hour and a half, with max 25 persons
  • € 15,00 for secondary school students
  • Free guided tours of the museum with live concerts on historic instruments the first Sunday of the month, from April to September
