The restaurant Bosco dei Pini Neri is surrounded by forest; from its balcony you can have a wonderful view of Rovereto and the nearby mountains (Monte Baldo, Stivo and Bondone).
The menus of the restaurant Bosco dei Pini Neri offer dishes made with the best local produce of this area.
Here you can have sensorial experiences with food in order to discover ancient traditional recipes: you will have the possibility to taste the traditional “Fanzelto” of Terragnolo, a Slow Food product.
Not only tastings, but also didactic experiences: a special activity about honey that will let you discover and learn the origin of this product and the little world of bees is waiting for you, thanks to the Association of Vallagarina Beekeepers. At the end of the activity, a tasty tasting of local honey.
You will find the restaurant in Trambileno, 10 minutes from Rovereto (8 km). Here you will have many possibility for walking or trekking in the wood, reaching for example Forte Pozzacchio or the Our Lady of La Salette Shrine.
There are menus for groups and a car and bus park not far from the restaurant (200 metres). Tastings of local products, such as cheese and honey, are organised for groups of min. 20 people.
Albe in Malga special: on 29th July taste the special menu for lunch with a unique course and dessert €18,00, beverages included (1/2 water – 1/4 wine)!
