The tasty cheese of the Natural Park Monte Baldo

Our livestock and fruit-growing firm has a surface of 22 hectares, that consists of fields, bovine grazing, vegetables, cherries and apples. Leonardo works in the dairy the milk of the cows from April to October. The quality of the products derives from the unique environment that originates this precious raw material: the alm. In this alpine scenery the production of milk is a long tradition. In the alm the cows find particulary good life conditions. The feeding of cattle is based on fine grass and mountain herbs.

With an handcrafted production, Leonardo carries on the activity of the alm, a tradition that started in 1920 with his great-grandfather Silvio.
