Farming the vine and wine make the produced grapes. For the Family Bongiovanni it is a passion from 1800, when the great-grandfather Silvio furnished the messes of Austro-Hungarians settled in Trentino. Grandfather Vito and father Valerio carried on with resolution in the activity, that today is continued by Lorenzo, winemaker that follows personally the vineyards and the winemaking.

A continuous work in the vineyards, without productive forcing, limiting the use of pesticide, fertilizing and everything that can influence the natural balance of vinegrapes. From pruning to the grape harvest, all the activities are handmade.

This facilitates  the patient work of the wine cellar: vinification, ageing, bottling. We produce wines with a personality that denotes the territory.

In the wine cellar you will find red wines like: Marzemino, Enantio, Cabernet, Sauvignon and Merlot. Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio are our white wines. The “metodo classico brut” is produced with grapes  100% Chardonnay.

Sunday the 22nd of March 2015, in the occasion of Days of Spring’s FAI , the wine cellar will be open all day long for visits and wine tasting.
