Trentino’s Quality Bed & Breakfast association

The Bed & Breakfast di Qualità in Trentino Association was founded in 2005 and now has 100 member establishments.

The Family Hospitality Charter is the club’s specification, it explains its philosophy and organisation and is an important tool to guarantee standards of high guest satisfaction. The Charter indicates the minimum organisational, structural and methodological requirements to be adopted in each facility by the members of the Association and is the essential foundation for setting the standard of quality consistent with the philosophy of the brand and with the expectations of those who choose this type of hospitality.

• The exterior of the dwelling must be attractive and easily identifiable by the guests by means of the correct valorisation of the Quality System membership mark
• The cleaning of the premises must take place daily while the change of bedroom and bathroom linen must be ensured upon the arrival of each new guest and at least twice a week or otherwise at the request of the guest.
• Supply of food and drinks: products of guaranteed origin and quality must be offered for breakfast, with preference given to typical Trentino products.
• The manager of a B&B adhering to the Quality System undertakes to guarantee its availability and to offer a warm, genuine and familiar welcome, putting guests at their ease and providing them with all the information about the location and the house rules

Authenticity, typicality, close ties with the territory and local culture, preservation of tradition and enthusiasm in human relations. These factors, made available to the guest and valorised, constitute the strong point of the hospitality system that the Association ‘Bed & Breakfast di Qualità in Trentino’ intends to protect and promote.

The Association implements marketing actions for its members through social channels, the institutional website and by attending trade fair events, in order to give national and international visibility to the member structures. It also organises annual training events aimed at increasing the knowledge of its members and encouraging the exchange of the most innovative and positive experiences acquired.
