From Naples to Val Gardena... handcrafts, history and culture

An itinerary through the magical atmosphere along the streets of the old town. Discover, live and meet…the nativity scenes of Naples and the Mediterranean atmospheres, the great Christmas Tree and the children labs.

Rovereto Christimas Market

Rovereto, renaissance town of Trentino, melts tradition and avant-garde,  together with peace, dialogue and hospitality and reveals itself as a meeting point between people and cultures worldwide, especially during Christmas holidays. That’s why Rovereto hosts year after year a lot of artisans from all around the world in order to create a suggestive atmosphere for its ‘Christimas of People’.

Guests of this edition are the Nativity Scenes, realized by the artisans of San Gregorio Armeno in Napels and from Greccio, a town in the Province of Rieti where was born the first living Nativity Scene, thanks to San Francesco, and from the artists of Val Gardena.

Between the most magical events the Christmas Market: little wooden houses, smell of resins, fresh air, starred sky  and a dust of snow, will take you into the magical atmosphere of Christmas. Walking across the streets you will find different items: artistic handcrafts, clothing, sweets, typical food and wines in the whole historical centre between  palaces, squares and museums.

A lot of exciting events and a charming mood are waiting for you!

Christmas goes on in Ala, City of Velvet. Design, handicraft, and entertainment are waiting for you in the courtyards of the baroque buildings of the town centre.
