Moonlit snowshoe hikes with dinner at altitude
Wear snowshoes to walk on the snow colored by the red of the sunset and the white of the full moon, in the company of an expert Mountain Guide, enjoying a typical dinner in a lodge at the end of the activity.
Snowshoe walks at sunset and at night
If you love walking and can’t wait to enjoy the magic of the snow colored by the red of the sunset and illuminated by the glow of the full moon, take part in the snowshoe hikes organized on Monte Baldo at night, with a typical dinner at altitude.
Two appointments, in conjunction with the full moon, on January 7th and on February 4th in San Giacomo, on the Brentonico Plateau
Saturday February 4th – loc. San Giacomo
- Meeting point: at the parking lot of the agritur Malga Mortigola at 4.45 p.m.
- Duration: about 3 hours
- Route: a fairly easy snowshoe hike that is also ideal for the untrained; you immerse yourself in the beech forests typical of the area and cross the vast snow-covered meadows where the view fades into the Vallagarina below.
- Typical dinner with set menu: : traditional main course with side dish, wine or beer, water, dessert and coffee – vegetarian option available (please inform our staff of any intolerances or allergies when booking)
In addition to the classic winter clothing, we recommend the use of ski poles together with snowshoes. We also suggest you to bring a hot drink to warm you up along the way.

Entrance

- Excursion with Alpine Guide, insurance and dinner: € 45 per person
- Typical dinner with set menu: : traditional main course with side dish, wine or beer, water, dessert and coffee – vegetarian option available (please inform our staff of any intolerances or allergies when booking)
- Snowshoe or ski mountaineering rental (optional): to be paid by the participant – to be notified at the time of booking
*Routes may vary depending on environmental conditions and snow cover. Participants are required to wear hiking clothing suitable for the winter environment: waterproof boots, gloves, cap, spare clothing, sunglasses and thermos for hot drinks. The use of trekking poles is also recommended.
