A guided walking tour with hiking poles, combining movement, discovery and wellbeing

This October, get ready to experience a mindful immersion in nature through slow walks, sensory exercises and activities promoting mental and physical wellbeing. Three unmissable events led by guide, agroecologist and nature tutor Stefano Delugan.

Awaiting you is an experience that regulates your breathing, heightens your senses and reconnects you with the environment, where activities inspired by forestbathing blend with those designed to stimulate both mind and body. A multi-sensory journey guided by stories about trees, herbs and the surrounding landscape, where every step is an opportunity to learn and rediscover the wonder of nature by following its rhythm.

Programme

• When: Saturday 3rd, 10th and 17th of October, 2026
• Meeting point and times: meet at 2.00 pm in Ometto, Vallarsa (TN) and return at approximately 5.00 pm
  N.B. Once you have left the built-up area, continue along the SP89 for about 600 metres to reach the meeting point, which can be viewed via this link
• Duration: approximately 3 hours
• Difficulty level: 9 km in total, with an elevation gain of approximately 300 metres
• Clothing and equipment: comfortable walking clothes, hiking boots or trainers, walking poles (required for some activities), water
• Minimum age: 18 years old
• Participation fee: €15.00 per person
• The language used for explanations during the activity will be Italian
