Theme-based itineraries to discover Rovereto

Rovereto, from its origins to the present day

We walk towards the Forbato bridge to tell the story of the S. Maria district, after appreciating the exterior decorations of Palazzo Pretorio. We pass the Castle of Rovereto, home to the Italian War History Museum, then continue along Via della Terra with the most noteworthy buildings and decorations, the church and gate of S. Marco, and the Basadonna bastion. The itinerary continues to Piazza Battisti and Valbusa, Piazza Rosmini, Corso Bettini, where the itinerary ends in the agora of the Mart, the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art of Trento and Rovereto.

Organised by Associazione Guide e Accompagnatori Turistici del Trentino in collaboration with Apt Rovereto, Vallagarina e Monte Baldo.

The itinerary is held in Italian. For groups of at least 18 people, visits can also be organised on dates other than Saturday mornings in Italian, English or German.
