Guided family hikes among wild animals and rare flowers
Walk along unusual itineraries and better-known destinations together with the mid-mountain guides to discover the Monte Baldo Park in Trentino.
Discover the hiking programme along paths between huts and mountain refuges, through unusual itineraries and more familiar places on Monte Baldo. You will discover rare plants and flowers, meet wild and alpine animals, trenches, trenches and tunnels from the First World War.
The flowering pastures of Malga Campo in the heart of the Monte Baldo Natural Park
Flowering pastures with ample views of the Brentonico Plateau and close encounters with marmots, cows and donkeys. An easy hike from Rifugio Graziani to Malga Campo along a flat forest road cutting through Monte Altissimo. Return from the same road.

- Where: Meeting point at Rifugio Graziani at 10 am, return at 1 pm.
- Duration: 3 hours including stops
- Difference in height: less than 100 m
- Difficulty: easy walk, suitable for everyone, even for families with small children or stroller with large wheels
Nature and History overlooking the Adige Valley
The magical views of Vallagarina and the village of Sabbionara d’Avio, the military tunnels heroically dug into the vertical rock walls of Corno della Paura, realm of the golden eagle, and the extraordinary artillery emplacements you can see on the summit. The hike starts from Polsa campsite and then heads through the pastures of Malga Susine to Bocca d’Ardole. From here, ascend along the partly tunneled military road to Corno della Paura. Easy return downhill to Polsa di Brentonico.

- Where: Meeting point at Campeggio Polsa forecourt at 10 am, return at 1 pm.

- Difference in height: 300 m
- Difficulty: easy/medium walk, suitable for children of minimum 5 years. The firts part is first part possible even with strollers with trekking wheels pushed by strong arms.
Landscapes and monumental trees in the Aviana Valley
The simple walk starts by climbing the forestry road that leads to the locality of Piagù, passing among the centuries-old beech trees that dominate the unspoilt valley of the Aviana stream.
The community that lives there raises goats, cows and other friendly farmyard animals that we will get to know by meeting them along the way. The destination of the walk is Punta Piagù, from where the view over the entire Adige Valley can be enjoyed before descending towards the starting point, closing the loop of the route. Dairy products and other delicacies produced on site can be purchased.

- Where: meeting point at 208 provincial street, km 9,7 (the guide will send the exact location to the participants) at 10 am, return at 1 pm.

From the Malghe di San Valentino to the Bear and Wolf Forest in the Green Lands
The excursion begins by descending through the pastures of San Valentino among cows and unusual geomorphological phenomena. After crossing the pastures of Malga Pianeti, a ford on the stream will take you to visit the places where the precious Terre Verdi mineral was extracted. The ascent through the cool beech forest will allow you to discover the secrets of the forest, its inhabitants and its history.

- Where: meeting at Baita del Trett, Passo San Valentino at 10 am, return at 1 pm.

- Difficulty: easy walk, suitable for children of minimum 5 year
Panoramic views and History suspended above Mount Baldo Park
A climb in the cool beech woods above the locality of Festa will lead us to explore these places with a mixture of adventure, history and wonderful views of the Brentonico Plateau. The secrets of the forest animals, the chance to see birds of prey and chamois on the rocky cliffs and to explore the shelters of World War I soldiers will crown this hike and make it a special experience.

- Difficulty: medium walk, suitable for children of minimum 7 years

The excursion will be carried out with a minimum number of 6 participants and a maximum of 18.

Every Thursday in August, starting at 10 a.m. and return at approximately 1 p.m., at the various locations indicated in the experience description.
Entrance
Participation costs:
- Adults: € 10
- Reduced price: € 5 for children from 6 to 10 years old
- Free for children up to 5 years of age
Enrollment: by 12 a.m. on the day before the activity. In the event of cancellation (decided by Apt and due to force majeure) the registration fee will be refunded.
- In the event of cancellation or annulment by the organisation, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
- In the event of cancellation by the contractor within 2 days (including holidays) of the event taking place, the amount paid at the time of booking will be refunded.
Beyond this deadline, no refund will be made
