Slow Food Guide to Italian Beers

The presentation of the Slow Food Beers of Italy Guide 2027 arrives in Rovereto with an event dedicated to enthusiasts, producers, and anyone wishing to get to know the world of craft beer and quality cider up close.

On September 5th, a special event will be held at the Sala Baldessari in Rovereto, bringing together the protagonists of the guide's new edition, with tastings, meetings, and in-depth moments dedicated to the breweries and cideries of Trentino-Alto Adige.

During the day, it will be possible to taste a selection of beers and ciders featured in the Slow Food Beers of Italy Guide 2027, meet the producers, listen to their stories, and delve deeper into the values that characterize a craft production attentive to quality, territory and sustainability.

The initiative is promoted by Slow Food Trentino and Bar Mòchela, under the patronage of the Municipality of Rovereto, and represents an opportunity to enhance the regional brewing and cider-making scene, creating a meeting point between the public and producers.
