“Sondelaite” means “Sun coast”.
At Sondelaite, at the foot of Monte Baldo, a young couple has placed a bet on the future of their land, writing a story of passion and dedication, enriching the territory with contagious enthusiasm.
Their experience begins with a stroll through lush vineyards, where the vines sink their roots into generous soil, caressed by the sun and invigorated by the mountain breeze. Guests are immersed in a breathtaking landscape, where every row tells a story of care and deep respect for nature. The journey continues into a truly magical place: the Spumante Cave. A one-of-a-kind experience that takes visitors into the heart of the mountain, where wines rest and mature in a naturally cool, dark environment.
The highlight of the visit is the tasting session in their welcoming tasting room. With panoramic views over the vineyards, guests are introduced to the three signature wines of Sondelaite, served alongside a delicious platter of local delicacies. The Kronil, their white wine; the Galee, their red; and Ieri, their Trentodoc. Each sip is a journey — a tale of the aromas and flavors of this land.

The tasting includes: a vineyard tour, a visit to the Spumante Cave, and a final wine tasting (3 types: white wine, red wine, and Trentodoc), accompanied by a platter of local products.
Registration: by 12:00 PM at least two days before the activity. In case of cancellation (decided by the Apt and due to force majeure), the registration fee will be refunded.
