A slow-paced, multi-sensory journey where the wine glass meets the land where its roots run deep.
What could be more exciting than sipping wine right among the clearings, woods, and farmhouses where it comes to life?
Picture the scene: you receive a wine glass and a map, your compass to begin a unique "multi-sensory" itinerary. Walking along, you will come across special areas, true Tasting Islands, where the wine reveals itself alongside the finest local products of the region, from cheeses and artisanal cold cuts to fresh bread.
Let yourself be guided along the paths that cross the vineyards of the Borgo dei Posseri estate. Each Island is thoughtfully positioned, right next to the vineyard that gave life to that specific wine. It is a perfect, balanced cycle: it begins with the soil, transforms in the cellar, and is completed with your tasting, turning into the memory you will take back home.
You will find a suggested route, designed to help you best appreciate the evolution and the different types of wine produced, but the beauty also lies in freedom: you are completely free to choose your preferred path and follow your own pace.

Opening time
- From the 1st of March to the 30th of April: from Friday to Monday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- From the 1st of May to the 30th of June: from Thursday to Monday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- From the 1st of July to the 30th of September: every day, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- From the 1st of October to the 31st of October: from Thursday to Monday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
The experience is suspended during the winter period (January, February, November, and December).
Entrance
Experience cost: €40 per person.
The cost includes:
- Welcome bubbles: Trentodoc Brut;
- Basket filled with local products (cheese, salami, breadsticks, …);
- 5 still wines: Müller Thurgau, Sauvignon, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Nero, Merlot.
Free for minors (under the age of 18): The experience does not include wine tasting for minors, but they will be offered a basket containing a snack and juice!
Experience duration: 2 h 30 min.
Minimum number of participants: 2; maximum number: 6.
