Forget the traditional museum that is just a showcase for artifacts! Here activities and laboratories will encourage you to experiment different fields such as archeology, botany, zoology, earth sciences and astronomy.

Robotics laboratories

At the LEGO Education Innovation Studio, the first in Italy, Saturday afternoon is dedicated to workshops for approaching robotics, divided by age groups.

• “Robotic” for children from 6 to 8 years every first Saturday of the month at 3.00 pm
• “Program your robot” for children aged 9 to 15 every third Saturday of the month at 15.00.
  Activities upon reservation by 15.00 of the previous day, participation fee € 6 per child.

The sky in a room

Astronomical activity to discover the night sky. The planetarium, located in the garden of the Science and Archeology Museum, allows you to reproduce a realistic sky in a room, projecting the various celestial objects and their apparent motions.

Activities by reservation at least 24 hours in advance, participation fee € 6.

On the trail of the dinosaurs

Not far from Rovereto, in Lavini di Marco, there is one of the most important paleontological sites in Europe which features hundreds of dinosaur footprints of different sizes, in a truly unique landscape setting.

MeMu: snack at the museum

Tired of the usual snack? Come to the Museum! Every Wednesday we are waiting for you at the City Museum to have a snack together and experience the museum in an alternative way: fairy tales, tales and creative workshops will accompany you to discover still unknown worlds between fantasy and reality. For girls and boys aged 6 to 8.
