A long history of quality

In Valle San Felice in the heart of Val di Gresta, the organic vegetable garden of Trentino, this farm has been operating since 1986 with a single mission: to bring genuine organic processed fruit and vegetables to your table.

The Ivo Gelmini Farm has been located in the Val di Gresta area for more than thirty years.

Initially, the production activity focused on traditional crops, but always with particular attention to innovation. In the eighties, the turning point to organic farming, with the aim of restoring the appeal of local products, protecting their biodiversity and preserving their typical flavors by investing in environmental and economic sustainability. Today the company is in fact ICEA certified.

Subsequently, in the nineties, the farm moved on to the transformation of fruit and vegetables according to historical recipes handed down in the families of the valley: lacto-fermented sauerkraut, the “tomato sauce” with basil or in a spicy version, oil and sweet and sour vegetables, pesto, creams and sauces, fruit compotes, juices, infusions, lemon, acacia and elderberry syrups and “Sambira“, a sparkling non-alcoholic drink made from elderberry.

Opening time

The farm is open from Monday to Friday from 8.00 am to 12.00 pm and from 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm, on Saturdays from 8.00 am to 12.00 pm. Closed on Sunday.
