Malga Zocchi

Immerse yourself in the tranquillity of a “malga”

Nestled in the peaceful Pasubio massif, Malga Zocchi is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the tranquillity of the mountains.

Escape the noise and pollution of the city and spend a summer day surrounded by nature. The vibrant colours of the landscape, the scent of wildflowers and the refreshing mountain breeze create an atmosphere of complete peace and relaxation.

It is the ideal destination for a day trip, whether you want to enjoy a walk through lush green meadows or simply bask in the warmth of the mountain sun. A wonderful place to spend quality time with family, as a couple or even on your own.

Children will love meeting our friendly farm animals and discovering how cheese is made, from milking to ageing. Our farm is home to a wide variety of animals, including cattle, pigs, roosters and hens, turkeys, geese, donkeys and many more.

If you are visiting with your partner, surprise them with a tasting of our homemade cheeses and cured meats while watching a spectacular sunset. Alongside our tasting platters, we also serve traditional local dishes and homemade desserts, all lovingly prepared by our skilled cooks using locally sourced ingredients.

Don’t miss the opportunity to adopt a cow, spoil her with a cuddle and taste the products made from her milk!

Like Malga Zocchi, our family also raises livestock in the open air at Malga Prà di Mezzo, surrounded by the peaks of Vallarsa. Set at the foot of the Little Dolomites, this mountain pasture offers breathtaking views across the entire Vallarsa valley and serves traditional farmhouse products. The stunning scenery will leave you speechless. Here you can savour our specialities and relax in an authentic alpine setting at almost 1,500 metres above sea level. Malga Prà di Mezzo is a traditional mountain farm that our family has managed for generations.
