A dialogue between catering, architecture and art

A project in which the quality of raw materials and the breadth of supply meet, with the aim of welcoming diverse audiences

The MON Bistrot project was born with the aim of establishing a continuous dialogue between the museum location and the gastronomic offering, taking care of every detail: from the presentation of the menu to the layout of the spaces. One wall of the venue will be dedicated to a permanent exhibition project, with temporary exhibitions rotating –approximately every three months– featuring works by contemporary artists.

The gastronomic offering, which offers both business lunch and à la carte options, complements the location, which represents a journey through twentieth-century Italian design. The menu, designed by chef Antonio Della Vista and designed to follow the seasonality of the ingredients, will be accompanied by a selection of iconic pieces that identify the history of our country’s design. In the room, Giada Pedranghelu, room manager and sommelier, accompanies guests with attentive and measured service.

Mon Bistrot was born like this: as a meeting point between culture, cuisine and design.
