Mon bistrot was born within the Mart Museum as a place where gastronomy, design and art are in ongoing contact. The restaurant, placed in a unique cultural context, opens its doors to both the museum visitors and the people who want to live this place in a free and informal way. The gastronomic offer is curated by the chef Antonio Della Vista, who merges the culinary tradition of Trentino-Alto Adige with more personal innovations. The menu is divided into a Business lunch option, with fast but tasty dishes, and a á la carte option, with seasonal dishes for those who want to live a deeper gastronomic experience.
