Malga Zocchi Farm and Holiday
Tosella, caciotta, spicy cheese and smoked ricotta
At Malga Zocchi, the cheese is produced from the Iseppi family’s traditional experience, from the milk of free range cows on Monte Pasubio.
The Iseppi family, who has run the Malga Zocchi for years, raises cattle on Monte Pasubio. They use their milk in making new cheese, with flavors ranging from the most mild Tosella to those much spicier, the classic caciotta to the flavorful smoked ricotta.
The cheese is always produced from the freshest milk from the cows in Malga’s alpine pastures. Surrounded by the unpolluted nature of Monte Pasubio, where animals are able to nourish themselves with the best vegetation that this earth has offer, while enjoying some exceptional panoramas!
But the Malga is not just about its cheese… actually it is conveniently located in a place that renders places that were at the forefront of the First World War, easy to reach.
Monte Pasubio is a place that still holds traces of the Great War, important historic testimonies which are visible thanks to various excursions, such as the spectacular road of the 52 tunnels.
