Enantio, jagged-leaf Lambrusco

Enantio, or jagged-leaf Lambrusco, is an autochtonous wine of Vallagarina.

Once it was the undisputed vine of southern valley-floor, today is it greatly evaluated thanks to the tireless work of winegrowers and farmers, who till the most suitable areas for the typical cultivation.

A ruby-red coloured wine, dry, fresh ad quite tannic, quite full-bodied, with light spicy and vegetal notes. Nowadays it is served in purity to highlight its best characteristics.
