Before the Visit:

• Get informed in advance: Check the website for details on hours, prices, temporary exhibits, and available services.
• Book online: If possible, purchase your ticket in advance to avoid queues and reduce paper use.
• Choose the right visiting hours: For a more peaceful experience, visit during less crowded hours and days.
• Check accessibility: If you have specific needs, look into services available for individuals with mobility, visual, or hearing impairments.
• Visiting with children? Take advantage of family-friendly offerings and hold your little ones’ hands.
• Bringing your four-legged friend? Make sure in advance that pets are allowed or book a dog-sitting or dog-walking service at least 24 hours ahead. Guide dogs are always welcome!
• Use public transport or eco-friendly travel options: When possible, opt for low environmental impact transportation.

During the Visit:

• Respect the artwork: Keep a safe distance and do not touch the exhibits unless explicitly allowed.
• Watch your backpack! Use lockers if required or keep your backpack in front of you to avoid accidents.
• Photograph with respect: Check if photography is allowed and, if so, avoid using a flash to protect the artwork. Photographs and videos may be taken exclusively for private, non-commercial use.
• Silence your phone: Enjoy the visit without distractions and be considerate of other visitors.

• Speak quietly: Help maintain a relaxed, immersive atmosphere for everyone.
• No food or drinks in the exhibition rooms: To protect the works and keep the site clean, use designated areas for refreshments.
• Be sustainable: Use recycling bins and bring a reusable water bottle if permitted.
• Leave your mark by supporting the community: Do not damage artworks or architectural features with graffiti or inscriptions.
• Observe without taking: In Italy, it is prohibited to collect archaeological finds, stones, or historical artifacts without informing the local authorities.
