Once upon a time there was an ancient 16th century castle with a history to share.
The visit will be accompanied by a detailed explanation to better understand what you will taste. The wines for tasting are: Balter Brut Trento Doc, Balter Nature Trento Doc, Sauvignon, Lagrein Merlot, Barbanico.
Through this experience it will be possible to get to know the family–run business in which the wines are produced. Balter is home, the family loves his job and wants to do it as best as possible. Working the land with respect for the course of seasons carefully following every aspect of the production and managing the commercial and the organisational side. The company also manages the disgorging process in-house.
The history of the castelliere, from military building to winery, where the family is committed to natural cultivation, will also be told.
For those who want, it is possible to accompany the wines for tasting with an excellent selection of local products, simply selecting the option when booking. The winery welcomes those who do not participate in the tasting but wish to taste their wines, even without booking.

- Visit and tasting approximately 1 hour;
- Visit and tasting with a platter of local products approximately 90 minutes;
- Wine tasting approximately 30 minutes.

Cost of the experience:
- Visit and tasting of 3 Trento DOC and 2 still wines: €25 per person
- Platter of local products: €10 per person
- Visit, tasting and platter of local products: €35
- Free guided tour for minors under 18 years
Participants: minimum 2 people
Registration and cancellation policy:
The booking of the experience/event is confirmed upon payment of 100% of the required amount.
This amount is regulated as follows:
- In case of cancellation or annulment by the organization, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
- In case of cancellation by the participant within 2 days (including holidays) from the date of the event, the amount paid at the time of booking will be refunded. Beyond this deadline, no refund is provided.
- In case of cancellation (decided by APT and due to force majeure), the registration fee will be refunded.
