The Giro d’Italia Women’s Grand Tour, in its eighth stage, travels through Vallagarina starting in Rovereto and passing through Ala, Avio, Mori, Ronzo Chienis, Villa Lagarina, Nomi, Pomarolo and Nogaredo.

The Giro d’Italia Donne, in its eighth stage, passes through Vallagarina starting from Rovereto and passing through Ala, Avio, Mori, Ronzo Chienis, Villa Lagarina, Nomi, Pomarolo and Nogaredo.

The Giro di Italia Donne has been held annually in Italy since 1988: it is one of the most beautiful and important races in international women’s cycling, thanks to the high level of the 144 athletes in the race and the excellent route that makes the beauty of Italy visible to the world.

Its journey begins on the island of Sardinia and will continue north to finish in Padua. It will be an exciting and thrilling journey through Italy, with the thrilling eighth stage highlighting the strength of women’s cycling and the landscape of Vallagarina.

The Lagarina stage will also be live on RAI channels for the final two thrilling hours of the race.

The time trial of the route will see the athletes start at 11.05 a.m. from Rovereto, then pass through Ala at around 11.20 a.m., then Avio at 11.40 a.m., Mori at 12.10 p.m., Ronzo-Chienis at 12.30 p.m., Villa Lagarina at 12.45 p.m., Nomi at 1.20 p.m., Pomarolo at 1.25 p.m., Nogaredo at 1.30 p.m.
