Letrari — family tradition and mountain sparkling wines
In the heart of Trentino, in Vallagarina, the Letrari winery welcomes guests on a journey to discover Trentodoc, an authentic expression of the Alpine territory.
A historic family estate, where the passion for wine has been passed down since 1647, Letrari is among the founding wineries of Trentodoc and a benchmark for elegant traditional-method sparkling wines, alongside a production of still wines that best express the character of the region.
Tradition, passion and innovation guide every stage of production: the winery works with estate-grown grapes, following the process from vineyard to bottle with an artisanal and authentic approach.
The winery experiences offer guided tours through vineyards and ageing cellars, accompanied by tastings of selected labels, to discover the art of mountain sparkling wines up close and experience the story of a family that, for generations, has passionately interpreted the most refined flavours of Trentino.
Visits are personally led by Lucia – winemaker and owner – and Margherita – third generation of Letrari – ensuring a direct and authentic storytelling experience.

- Monday to Friday at 10.30am, 2.30pm and 4pm
- Saturday at 10.30am
- Closed on Sundays and public holidays
- Wine shop open from Monday to Friday 9am-12pm and 2pm-6pm (Saturdays on request)

Entrance
Cost of the “MondoLetrari” experience: €45 per person
- Guided tour of the winery
- Tasting of 5 Trentodoc classics 1 still wine
- Panificio Moderno breadsticks
- On request a platter of local cold cuts and cheeses selected by “Casa del Vino della Vallagarina” (€8 per person, in addition to the cost of the guided tour)
Participants: minimum 2 people; the guided tour is free for minors under 16.
Registration: by 12 noon on the day before the activity during the week and 48 hours in advance for the weekend. In case of cancellation (decided by Apt and due to force majeure), the registration fee will be refunded. In case of cancellation by the contractor within 2 days (including holidays) of the date of the event, the amount paid at the time of booking will be refunded. No refund will be given after this deadline.

- Tours in English, German and Spanish are available on request.
- Upon reservation and by prior arrangement only, dinners/corporate events, small personal events (baptisms, stag/hen parties, etc.) or birthdays/birthday aperitifs can also be organised.
