Valley Barefoot wellness: the inauguration of the Vallarasa Kneipp Valley
Where? Vallarsa
When?
Walk in the Leno stream and breathe the essence of the wood, with Andrea Bianchi
Experience in advance the new Vallarsa Kneipp Valley, a natural wellness project that enhances the Leno Valleys through the philosophy of mindful walking, cold water therapy and direct contact with nature.
A free day open to all, to explore the new Kneipp and barefoot spots along the Leno stream, amidst crystal-clear waters and shaded woodland paths.
Join Andrea Bianchi, writer, Kneipp and barefoot instructor, and creator of the project, for a unique experience: a guided journey into the wild heart of Vallarsa, through the most captivating parts of the new Kneipp Valley, where water, stones, moss, and breath become tools for regeneration.
Alternating foot baths, hand baths, and face bathing in cold water, mindfulness pauses, and simple wellness practices, we will discover the therapeutic potential of direct contact with the natural elements and explore the regenerating power of living water.
Midday, a refreshment will be offered to participants, providing an opportunity to share the experience and enjoy the tranquility of the valley.
The hot-cold alternation, direct contact with the flowing waters of the Leno stream, the natural rhythm of breathing, and walking barefoot will be the tools to awaken both body and mind. You will experience a deep and authentic journey: an invitation to slow down, stimulate circulation, strengthen the immune system, and rediscover inner balance through nature.
Walk in the water, breathe Vallarsa.
