Wine and food Week-end at the Natural Park of Monte Baldo

8^th – 10^th May = € 108 per person
15^th  – 17^th May = € 108 per person

The offer includes:

• Welcoming infusion
• 2 nights in a double room or in a single room at the Hotel Zeni** of Brentonico
• 2 breakfasts with local and bio products; infusions, jams, honey, yogurt of Monte Baldo, pies and croissants of the family’s bakery
• 1 typical Trentino dinner* of three dishes with canederli, polenta and homemade carne salada; chef Roberto will explain the recipes and a short recipe book illustrating some Trentino’s dishes will be given for free.
• 1 dinner* with wild field’s plants of Monte Baldo (some of them are wild garlic, dandelion and nettle), which are directly harvest from the chef; the herbs will be described by Monica, who works at the “Maso Giomo” farm
• 1 hike discovering the wild field’s plants of Monte Baldo (if it’s possible)
• There will be the opportunity to visit the “Maso Giomo” farm
• Possibility to visit the botanic garden and the Fossils Museum, which are near to the Hotel, and to experience some relaxing walks into the spectacular setting of the Natural Park of Monte Baldo

*the two dinners will be combined with a taste of precious wine of Villalagarina
