Maurizio Zanghielli’s organic farm, under the expert guidance of the agricultural expert Antonio Girardelli and the support of his friend Andrea Vergari, had the idea of ​​organically cultivating this precious vegetable in Vallagarina, recovering and reclaiming old uncultivated farms.

Chillies are represented by more than 30 varieties of the most significant of the 5 continents. The temperature range enjoyed by the crops gives the product intense and composite aromas that enhance its gastronomic and health qualities.

Dried or in sauce, they can be used to enrich seasonal vegetable sauces and soups, first and second courses of meat or fish, or in combination with excellent aged cheeses…try it!
