A tasty experience among Terragnolo meadows

Genuine and tasty dishes prepared with km 0 products, worked directly with passion and competence by the staff of the malga.

A family run hut, to be discovered by exploring the gentle slopes and peaks of Terragnolo Valley.

Since 2011 the cheesemaker and chef Leonardo has started the cheese making of fresh milk and the breeding of poultry, cattle, pigs and rabbits: cheeses, butter, ricotta, yogurt, meat and eggs are therefore of own production, at km 0.

The products are used in the kitchen to prepare the delicious “ricotta gnocchi” and the special gnocchi with buckwheat and herbs collected in the meadows of the valley. The fanzelto is a must, accompanied by cheeses and cold cuts, or polenta with meat from the pasture.
