A track on foot or with snowshoes along a route of taste passing by the huts of the Brentonico Plateau, a unique opportunity to discover the flavors and traditions of Trentino. We’ll be waiting for you in San Valentino, on Monte Baldo, Trentino’s closest mountain!
Golosaneve is the foodie heaven for all snow lovers! A walk to discover the natural beauty of the Monte Baldo Natural Park.
But we all know that a good walk opens a big appetite! Tasty stops, going from breakfast to dessert, will be waiting for you to recover your energy and taste the real flavors of the mountain.
This year Golosaneve will be in San Valentino: a hike of around 10 km without any particular gradients, starting from the pass to the Bes-Corna Piana reserve, climbing up to the Bocca del Creer and then descending to the meadows below to return to the starting point. The landscape varies constantly, passing through beech and fir forests, under tunnels built during the Great War, over wide meadows and on gentle slopes surrounded by breathtaking views.
The event is organized in collaboration with the tourism table of the municipality of Brentonico and the network of associations and volunteers of the Brentonico Plateau.
Please note: the use of snowshoes will only be necessary when there is snow; if you wish to hire them, please contact the nearby rental centres independently:

Participation fee
- Pre-sale price: € 32 adults, € 19 children up to 12 years of age. (until 21 February)
- Last-day rate: € 40 adults, € 25 children up to 12 years of age. (from 22nd February to 13th March)
- Reservations deadline is 5 p.m. on 13/03/2024
- It will be possible to register on site, although reservation is not guaranteed as it is valid until places are available (it is advisable to arrive at 09.30).
ATTENTION! Snowshoes or skis can be hired independently at the Polsa or San Valentino rental shop.
Hire not included in the event price.
Minimum age: 5 years old (with the ability to walk a distance of approximately 10km with the possible aid of snowshoes – depending on snow conditions)) – each participant agrees to be responsible for himself/herself and any minors in charge during the entire duration of the event. Any children under 5 years of age or unable to cope with the physical exertion on their own (i.e. transported with the aid of a backpack carrying children) are still welcome free of charge but will not receive a meal pass.
Dogs are allowed as long as they are kept on a leash for the duration of the event.
