A visit with tasting of Baldensi products
This summer, the Sondelaite farm is waiting for you to discover some of the most beautiful landscapes of Monte Baldo and to taste its excellent products.
On this day, you will be the guest of Diana and Giacomo, the young couple who decided a few years ago to open this farm in order to dedicate themselves to sustainable agriculture in full respect of the organic philosophy.
On your arrival, Giacomo will first take you to the estate’s vineyards that extend all around the picturesque village of Crosano. Here he will tell you that it is these vineyards, cultivated on terraced land known as ‘laite’, that have inspired the name of the company, which in German means ‘Coast of the Sun‘ precisely because of the exposure that these rows of vines enjoy throughout the year.
The experience then continues in the cosy tasting room where you can sip a glass of ‘Kronìl‘ Chardonnay and one of ‘Galee‘, a red wine made from a blend of Lagrein and Rossara grapes, accompanied by a small platter of typical products. Alternatively, in case of good weather, it is possible to have a tasting directly in the vineyard.

Timetable: the experience is available every Thursday from the 16th of June to the 29th of September at 6 p.m. Should you wish to carry out the activity at another time, please specify the day and time of interest, which will then be confirmed or not by the winery.
Duration of the experience: approximately 1½ hours.
Meeting point: Azienda Agricola Sondelaite in Via dei Biasi 10, Brentonico.
Entrance
Cost of the experience: € 15 per person, including a guided tour of the vineyards and tasting of two glasses of wine accompanied by a small board with typical products.
Participants: minimum 2, maximum 10 people.
Registration: by 5 p.m. on the day before the activity. In the event of cancellation (decided by Apt and due to force majeure) the registration fee will be refunded.
