The “Baita del Trett” farmhouse is closely linked to the family business that has been producing black angus meat for years, following the entire production process from birth to processing, through breeding and slaughtering.

Here the black angus is a specialty to try in many different versions, as in a tasty hamburger combined with delicious sauces.

In addition to meat, Martin and his cuisine will conquer your palate with platters of cold cuts, cheeses and other typical homemade dishes.
